Location: Houston, TX | Onsite | Full-Time

I'm partnering with an established, growing company in Houston that is looking for a talented E-Commerce & Paid Media Specialist to join its team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys the combination of e-commerce operations, digital marketing, analytics, and creative strategy. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a high-volume online product catalog while helping drive digital engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize a Shopify e-commerce platform, including product listings, merchandising, and website content.

Maintain and organize a large product catalog, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and an exceptional customer experience.

Support paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Pinterest.

Monitor website performance, customer behavior, and conversion opportunities.

Execute and optimize email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo.

Manage product data, pricing updates, promotions, and inventory information.

Analyze digital marketing performance and provide actionable insights.

Collaborate with leadership on content strategy, digital campaigns, and ongoing website improvements.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of hands-on Shopify experience, ideally managing a large product catalog.

Experience with Meta and Pinterest advertising.

Strong understanding of e-commerce merchandising, SEO, and conversion optimization.

Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data management.

Excellent written communication and copyediting skills.

Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
