Hybrid Growth Marketing Manager

Encompass Credit Union in Tipton, IN seeks a Marketing Manager to plan and execute campaigns across digital, email, social, print, and community channels. This hands-on, single-owner role reports to the EVP/CEO and turns strategy into measurable growth.
The position is hybrid, combining in-office and remote work with ~40 hours per week, and occasional evenings or weekends for events. You will partner with leadership to drive membership, deposits, and deeper member relationships.
