You'll meet with homeowners who need to sell, uncover their situation, and negotiate win-win agreements to purchase their properties.

After your 60-90 day training period (paid), your income is driven by Commission + Bonuses - with top performers earning $300k+.

Your Responsibilities:
- Meet with motivated homeowners to acquire properties in the Houston area.
- Evaluate property conditions and repair needs.
- Use advanced persuasion and negotiation techniques to uncover motivation.
- Present offers, build rapport, and close contracts.
- Follow up and manage your pipeline like a true professional.
