Senior Global Marketing Manager (Molecular)

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Global Marketing Manager (Molecular) to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will drive global marketing strategy for a molecular diagnostics portfolio focused on transplant applications, with an emphasis on growth, adoption, and market expansion.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $129,200 – $193,850 annually

Responsibilities

Drive growth and adoption of a molecular diagnostics portfolio for transplant applications

Identify untapped market segments and define expansion strategies

Develop compelling market narratives and actionable demand generation programs

Collaborate cross-functionally to create clinical education strategies and activation playbooks

Craft persuasive content across various channels while ensuring compliance

Execute integrated campaigns and optimize performance to meet revenue targets

Qualifications

Advanced degree plus 6 years or Bachelor's degree plus 8 years in product marketing within molecular diagnostics or related fields

Strong expertise in market creation and segmentation analysis

Proven ability to map barriers to adoption in clinical markets

Experience collaborating with Medical Affairs and clinical teams for evidence development

Demonstrated success in global product launches and campaign management
