Role Description
The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jonesboro, AR. This position is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across social media channels to build brand awareness and engage target audiences. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media calendars, drafting and editing posts, monitoring channel performance, responding to comments and messages, and optimizing campaigns for reach and engagement. The Social Media Manager will collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to align social content with broader brand and campaign strategies. The role also involves tracking analytics, preparing performance reports, and recommending improvements based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage and grow brand presence across platforms.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy and Writing skills to develop compelling, on-brand content for diverse audiences.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for clear internal collaboration and professional engagement with online communities.
- Candidates should be able to use Adobe CC software / Canva / Figma or any other design software they are capable of.
- Ability to create basic motion graphics is a plus
- Candidates should possess familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic reporting skills to evaluate performance and guide improvements.
- Relevant experience managing brand channels in consumer goods, nutrition, or lifestyle industries is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Jonesboro, AR, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a fast-paced, innovative environment is essential.
