Social Media Marketer Job at DeveloperLook LTD in New York

You will join our new social media team and build DeveloperLook’s presence where founders and marketers spend their time. You plan a content calendar, turn our projects and articles into posts and short videos, work with our designers on visuals, and report every month on what brings in followers, visits and leads.
What you will do:
Plan and run a monthly content calendar for LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook
Turn projects, case studies and articles into posts, carousels and short videos
Write captions and hooks in plain, confident English
Work with our designers on visuals that match our brand
Reply to comments and messages and grow our communities
Report reach, clicks and leads every month and suggest what to try next
What you need:
3 to 5 years running social media for a brand or agency, with accounts you can show
Strong written English and a feel for each platform’s tone
Experience with short video: planning, editing and captions
You read analytics and turn them into next month’s plan
Organised: you post on schedule without being chased
A reliable internet connection and a quiet place to work
Nice to have: B2B or tech brands, Canva or Figma, Paid social ads, CapCut or Premiere, LinkedIn for founders, Community building.
Full-time, fully remote from any country, 3 to 5 years of experience. Salary: $1,500 to $2,500 a month (USD).
