About Us:
The Brad Kappel Team at Sotheby's International Realty is Maryland's #1 Waterfront Real Estate Team. We've completed more than 100 listing shoots so far this year, featuring some of the most spectacular waterfront estates and luxury homes on the Chesapeake Bay. We're looking for a talented visual storyteller to help us showcase them.

The Role:

Cinematic video tours of interiors and grounds

Drone and aerial video and photography highlighting water views, docks, and acreage

Interior and exterior photography, including twilight shoots when requested

2D floor plans with room dimensions

Occasional team and marketing content

What We're Looking For:

A strong reel and portfolio, ideally including real estate, architectural, or interior work

FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate

Professional camera, gimbal, lighting, and drone equipment

Advanced editing in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve, plus Lightroom and Photoshop

Ability to deliver edited media within 24 to 48 hours

Comfort handling multiple shoots per week with consistent quality

Professional and polished when working in clients' homes

Reliable transportation
