Director of Franchisee Performance Marketing

Empower Brands is seeking a Director of Performance Marketing to build and lead a centralized franchisee growth capability across our portfolio of brands. This role will oversee paid media strategy, platform management, franchisee reporting, and local lead generation and conversion.
The leader will collaborate with brand teams, digital marketing, finance, and franchisee stakeholders to create a scalable, execution‑driven marketing model, reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer.
