Remote Lead Creative Producer: Scale High-Impact D2C Ads

Ruby Labs Ltd is seeking a highly systematic Lead Creative Producer to own and scale ad creative for a core D2C subscription product. You’ll lead ~10 people, own the creative strategy, and ensure the quality of every live ad.
You will also contribute concepts personally and drive performance across major ad networks. You will report to the CMO and UA Lead, building fast production systems and maintaining compliance.
