Support social media, career fairs, events, and recruitment marketing campaigns

Collaborate with HR and internal teams to strengthen the company’s employer brand

What You Will Do:

Develop and support employer branding and marketing initiatives

Create social media content and talent attraction campaigns

Coordinate career fairs, recruiting events, and related marketing activities

Help promote the company’s culture and employment opportunities

Track campaign effectiveness and support ongoing marketing efforts

What You Need to Succeed:

Minimum 3 years of full-time professional experience in marketing, branding, or communications

Experience with social media and content creation

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Human Resources, or a related field required.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience supporting marketing campaigns, events, or employer branding initiatives

Organized, creative, and comfortable collaborating across teams
