Arcadia is seeking a Founding Product Designer to lead design across the full platform, including the brand-facing web dashboard, creator mobile app, and company website.
You will own the design system and collaborate with a lean engineering team to ship features quickly, from Figma to production, while incorporating user feedback. This is ideal for someone who wants broad influence and thrives in a fast-moving startup.
