Role Description We market and sell online personal development courses and live events to a global audience. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to expand our customer base and reach worldwide.
Responsibilities include communicating with potential clients and business associates, developing and implementing marketing campaigns, team leadership, and engaging in daily personal development to support the continued success of our educational products.
The right candidate will be highly self-motivated, driven by personal achievement, and genuinely interested in making a positive contribution to others.
Requirements 5+ years of professional experience, ideally in marketing, leadership, sales, business, or a related field
A desire to be compensated based on performance rather than hours spent at a desk
Highly coachable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
A positive, growth-oriented mindset
A goal of creating a six-figure+ annual income
Professional and personable communication style
Strong written, phone, and video-conferencing communication skills
A genuine willingness to change, integrate feedback, and consistently improve
