Job Summary:
Supermicro® is a Top Tier provider of advanced server, storage, and networking solutions for Data Center, Cloud Computing, Enterprise IT, Hadoop/ Big Data, Hyperscale, HPC and IoT/Embedded customers worldwide. We are the #5 fastest growing company among the Silicon Valley Top 50 technology firms.
As we scale our AI infrastructure business, we need to move faster with NVIDIA and put more, better promotion into our pipeline. This role is the critical link between Supermicro's technical product teams and NVIDIA's marketing organization. You will translate complex AI infrastructure capabilities into clear value propositions for our mutual enterprise customers. You will also drive the volume and quality of co-marketing activity, from joint campaigns to sales enablement and product launches. This role is focused on positioning, content, and go-to-market rather than hands-on lab or benchmark work.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Technical Marketing and Messaging
Translate the technical features of NVIDIA-based platforms (Blackwell and Blackwell Ultra GPU systems, liquid cooling, rack-scale and DCBBS offerings) into customer-relevant value propositions and differentiated messaging
Develop technical positioning and messaging frameworks for Enterprise AI solutions, including use-case and vertical narratives
Create technically credible content: solution briefs, white papers, reference architectures, datasheets, technical blogs, web content, and presentations
Work closely with engineering and product management to stay current on the roadmap and turn it into launch-ready content
Act as a subject matter expert on AI infrastructure for internal teams, partners, and customers
NVIDIA Alliance and Co-Marketing
Serve as a day-to-day marketing counterpart to NVIDIA's partner and product marketing teams, building strong working relationships
Plan and execute joint marketing programs, campaigns, events, and announcements aligned to NVIDIA's go-to-market calendar
Manage co-marketing processes: joint messaging and brand approvals, program compliance, and funding (e.g., MDF) where applicable
Identify and capture NVIDIA promotional opportunities, including launches, reference programs, and amplification channels, to raise Supermicro's visibility in NVIDIA's ecosystem
Track and report on joint activity, pipeline contribution, and ROI
Launch and Campaign Velocity
Own go-to-market plans for new product and solution launches, coordinating across product, sales, PR, web, and field marketing
Build repeatable templates and workflows that shorten the cycle from technical release to market-ready assets
Develop campaigns that generate and accelerate enterprise AI pipeline in partnership with demand gen and regional teams
Build sales tools: battlecards, pitch decks, competitive positioning, FAQs, demo and talk tracks, and technical one-pagers
Train sales, SEs, and channel partners on AI solution positioning and the NVIDIA joint value story
Gather field feedback to refine messaging and close content gaps
Qualifications:
Required
8+ years in technical product marketing, solutions marketing, or partner/alliance marketing in enterprise infrastructure, semiconductors, or cloud/AI
Working knowledge of AI infrastructure and software: GPU servers, accelerated computing, networking, storage, and data center fundamentals
Proven ability to explain complex technical topics to both technical and business audiences
Strong writing and messaging skills, with a portfolio of technical content
Experience managing multiple launches or campaigns simultaneously in a fast-moving environment
Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, product management, sales, PR, brand)
Bachelor's degree in marketing, engineering, computer science, business, or equivalent experience
Preferred
Direct experience with NVIDIA or another strategic technology partner's co-marketing programs, including MDF and joint approval processes
Familiarity with NVIDIA's AI platform and enterprise AI deployment patterns (training, inference, AI factories)
Background in server, storage, or data center hardware, including liquid cooling or rack-scale integration
Technical degree or hands-on technical background (e.g., solutions engineering)
Comfort with AI-assisted content workflows to increase output speed
Willingness to travel for events and partner meetings
Salary Range
$145,000 - $169,000
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
