About the role
The Paid Digital Account Manager is the day-to-day partner between our franchisees, local marketing team and our internal paid media agency. In agency terms, this is an Account Executive: you own the relationship, the communication, and the follow-through so franchisees understand what their ad dollars are doing and feel confident investing.

You'll be the go-to expert on Lofi, our performance dashboard, and the person who helps local marketing teams turn its numbers into decisions. You'll run monthly performance reviews, keep budgets on track, and make sure every franchisee knows who to call and gets a clear answer.

What you'll do
Franchisee relationships and communication

Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of franchisees on all paid digital questions, by phone, email, and video

Answer questions quickly and clearly, translating campaign performance into plain business terms

Send regular updates on campaign launches, changes, promotions, and results

Escalate issues to the media buying and creative teams and close the loop with franchisees

Monthly performance reviews

Prepare for and host monthly review calls with each franchisee

Walk through results in Lofi: spend, leads, bookings, cost per result, and trends versus prior months

Recommend next steps (budget shifts, offers, seasonal pushes) and document action items

Lofi dashboard ownership

Become the internal expert on Lofi and how its metrics are calculated

Help franchisees and local teams log in, navigate, and interpret their data

Flag data issues and gather feedback to improve the dashboard

Training and enablement

Onboard new franchisees to our paid digital program and Lofi

Train and inform local marketing teams on campaign strategy, best practices, and how paid media fits with their local efforts

Build and maintain simple training materials: how-to guides, FAQs, and recorded walkthroughs

Budget management

Track monthly budgets and pacing for each franchisee and flag over- or under-spend early

Coordinate budget changes, approvals, and billing questions with franchisees and finance

Keep accurate records of budget commitments and changes

What you bring
Required

2-4 years in account management or account executive roles, ideally at a digital or performance marketing agency

Working knowledge of paid media (Google Ads, Meta, local search) and core metrics like CPC, CPL, CTR, and ROAS

Comfort presenting data to non-marketers and explaining what it means for their business

Strong written and verbal communication; calm and clear on the phone

Highly organized, able to manage many accounts and deadlines at once

Experience tracking budgets and spend pacing

Nice to have

Experience with franchise or multi-location brands

Familiarity with reporting dashboards (Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar)

Experience creating training content or running workshops

Background in beauty, wellness, or service-based businesses

What success looks like

Franchisees attend their monthly reviews and leave with clear next steps

Questions get a response within one business day

Budgets pace within target each month, with no surprises at month end

Local teams use Lofi on their own and need less hand-holding over time

Strong franchisee satisfaction and retention in the paid program

Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, bonus, service + retail discounts
