Job Summary We are seeking a creative Women's Apparel Associate Designer to assist the development of our exclusive/private brand product lines. This role requires a strong eye for customized trend, a collaborative working style, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in designing exclusive monthly collections
Create technical flat sketches and CADs using Adobe Illustrator
Complete accurate techpacks using Microsoft Excel
Research market trends, fabrics, trims, color palettes, and silhouettes
Communicate with vendors on fabric, trim, and sample development
Attend and contribute to fittings, ensuring design intent is maintained
Organize and maintain design archives, sample inventory, and digital files
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet design and production timelines
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field
1-3 years of experience in women’s apparel design (internships considered with strong portfolio)
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office
Strong sketching and CAD skills
Solid understanding of garment construction, fit, and fabrication
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Passion for women’s fashion and trend awareness
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
