Growth & Digital Marketing Director - Multi-Brand

Hai Hospitality seeks an experienced Director of Growth and Digital Marketing for our Austin-based home office. Lead growth strategy, paid media, SEO, and CRM across a multi-brand portfolio to drive guest acquisition and revenue.
You will own measurement and partner with Brand Management, Social, Creative Services, Operations, Finance, and agencies to connect acquisition with retention and lifetime value. This role reports to the Chief Brand Officer.
