Senior Motion Designer

Our client is an outstanding Creative Agency based in North London. We are looking for x2 Senior Motion Designers to work with a strong and interesting list of clients across FMCG and Travel.

Key Responsibilities
Push the boundaries to constantly challenge the level of output at the brand
Deliver compelling stories through film, moving assets and other forms of motion
Flexibility to work across the entire process, from initial creative exploration to final delivery
Work confidently alone as well as part of a wider team to solve creative challenges
Collaborate with strategists, writers and client managers to construct engaging stories
Contribute to a culture of learning by sharing new techniques that encourage the wider creative team to be brave
Liaise and foster relationships with freelancers and external suppliers
Experience/Skills
Minimum of 5 year's experience with a core focus on motion
Ability to embed conceptual thinking, motion principles and guidance into branding
Expert in After Effects, Premiere Pro and core CC Software
Experience with Cinema 4D/Red Shift/Octane is a bonus
Ability to confidently present or explain ideas to wider teams and clients
A strong understanding of design principles
Experience in managing project streams independently and efficiently.
