A growing healthcare technology company is seeking a

Senior Presentation Designer

to support its sales and marketing efforts. You'll transform complex information, executive messaging, and business narratives into compelling, audience-focused presentations. You'll collaborate closely with Brand, Marketing, Sales, Clinical, Product, and cross-functional teams to create high-impact presentations for executive audiences, internal and external events, sales enablement, and company-wide communications.

Candidates are required to submit a portfolio demonstrating exceptional presentation design, executive-level storytelling, data visualization, and the ability to translate complex information into compelling visual narratives.

What You'll Be Doing

Design polished, high-impact presentations in PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Keynote for executive audiences, sales meetings, company-wide communications, and internal and external events.

Transform complex information, business strategies, executive messaging, and data into clear, visually engaging presentations and compelling narratives.

Develop creative presentation concepts from initial brief through final execution, ensuring strong visual storytelling, typography, layout, and information hierarchy.

Apply and evolve established brand guidelines across presentations while maintaining consistency and exceptional design quality.

Create and maintain scalable presentation templates, layouts, and reusable design components that improve efficiency across the organization.

Collaborate closely with Brand, Marketing, Sales, Clinical, Product, and other cross-functional stakeholders to deliver presentations tailored to diverse audiences.

Incorporate motion, animation, multimedia, and dynamic visual elements to enhance storytelling and audience engagement.

Leverage AI-powered design tools and emerging creative technologies to generate visual assets, streamline workflows, and improve production efficiency.

Manage multiple presentation projects, competing deadlines, and stakeholder feedback while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and technical accuracy.

Identify opportunities to improve presentation workflows, design standards, and internal creative resources.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of professional presentation design, visual storytelling, or executive communications experience, ideally supporting

B2B, healthcare, SaaS, or technology

organizations.

Expert-level proficiency in

PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Figma , with experience creating sophisticated, executive-ready presentations.

Strong portfolio showcasing high-impact presentations, visual storytelling, typography, layout, data visualization, and information design.

Demonstrated ability to simplify complex concepts, business strategies, and data into clear, compelling visual narratives.

Experience designing presentations for executive leadership, sales enablement, internal communications, and high-visibility events.

Exceptional understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, composition, and presentation design best practices.

Experience working within established brand guidelines while developing scalable presentation templates and reusable design assets.

Hands-on experience incorporating

AI tools and generative AI workflows

into the creative process to enhance design, develop visual assets, and improve efficiency.

Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Experience in

healthcare, B2B2C, or SaaS

environments is a plus, but not required.
