Задачи:

Plan and oversee website enhancements from concept through implementation
Conduct UX audits and usability evaluations, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations
Improve website performance and conversion rates using analytics tools
Apply design systems consistently across digital products
Требования:

Strong visual and UI design skills focused on polished, engaging, high-quality web experiences
A data-driven approach to improving website performance and conversion rates
Basic understanding of A/B testing and CRO principles
English proficiency at B2+/C1 for daily communication
Comfortable taking full ownership, managing time independently, and communicating clearly without constant sync
Proactive, reliable, and experienced in delivering work in distributed teams
If you need a lot of structure, frequent check-ins, or close supervision, this role might not be the best fit

Условия:

Freelance for now, with the option to extend
Rate: PLN 70–110/hour November availability; 145h/monthly Rate and project scope calibrated to your level and location
