Responsibilities

Research emerging graphic design trends and production techniques, and develop seasonal graphic concepts and board presentations.
Collaborate on seasonal assortments and provide graphic direction across product categories.
Illustrate primary graphics and direct supporting designers on scale, concept, and placement.
Organize graphics by season and concept, and develop linesheets and color schemes for seasonal graphic tee programs.
Coordinate in-person collaboration for product development, milestone meetings, fittings, approvals, and other business needs.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Graphic Design, or equivalent education and experience, with 5+ years of related experience.
High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop within a Mac environment; working knowledge of Excel.
Strong eye for color, trends, detail, and construction, with excellent graphic design and illustration skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize according to business objectives, and manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills; comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
