“Turn Real Products into Listing Images That Sell, with an Artist’s Eye and the Speed of AI”
About Us

JP Ecommerce has been named one of the top-ten fastest-growing businesses in Minnesota by Inc. 5000 for four consecutive years. We provide customers with high-quality bedding through our brand Bare Home and are expanding into USA-made mattresses. As a leading textile retail company, we source premium products from China, India, Pakistan, and Turkey, and we have built a reputation for sustainable and ethical sourcing.
What sets us apart is an entrepreneurial, collaborative environment where team members see their ideas turn into action quickly. We are a Minnesota-based company with small-town values and big dreams, where you can help shape not just this role, but the company culture itself.
Position Overview

The Digital Production Artist creates the product imagery that sells Bare Home on Amazon, Walmart, Target, and barehome.com. You will design listing image sets, infographics, and comparison charts, art-direct AI-generated lifestyle scenes, and retouch and finish every image to our premium brand standard. Reporting to the Senior Digital Production Artist, you will bring creative judgment to how each product is shown while delivering a high volume of accurate, on-spec assets.
We create most of our lifestyle imagery with AI, so we are looking for someone who pairs strong design fundamentals with real, hands‑on AI skill, and who knows when an AI image is not accurate enough to use. Our customers buy based on what they see, so the color, texture, and detail in every image must match the product they receive.
Why On-Site Matters

Great product imagery starts with the product. Even when the scene is AI-generated, the color, texture, and detail have to match what the customer receives. You will work hands‑on with our bedding and swatches, capture reference photos, and collaborate in person with our creative team at our Columbus, MN headquarters, where ideas move from concept to live listing quickly.
Key Responsibilities

Original Image and Content Creation
Design original listing image sets, infographics, comparison charts, and feature callouts that show each product’s benefits clearly and attractively
Art-direct AI-generated lifestyle scenes, including bedroom settings, bed styling, and flat lays, so they look realistic, on-brand, and true to the actual product
Create colorway variants, composites, and promotional imagery for campaigns and seasonal launches
Retouch, color-correct, and finish imagery so color, texture, and detail match the physical product and approved samples
Production and Platform Delivery
Produce platform-specific image variations that meet marketplace specifications for Amazon, Walmart, Target, and Shopify, including full image stacks (main, lifestyle, infographic, and A+)
Prepare files for each media type and output requirement
Follow team naming, filing, and quality-control standards, and keep the digital asset management system accurate
Support the Senior Digital Production Artist on high-volume and complex production requests
Product Reference and Team Support
Capture simple reference photos of physical product and swatches to guide AI generation and color matching
Support outside agency photo shoots by preparing shot lists, brand guidelines, and reference materials
Create and format email marketing and social media image assets as needed
Suggest improvements to production workflows, AI processes, and image templates
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Arts, Photography, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
2+ years of digital production or design experience in an e-commerce or creative setting
Portfolio showing original listing or infographic design, retouching, and AI-assisted imagery
Hands‑on experience with AI image tools, with portfolio examples of how you use them
Understanding of marketplace image requirements and specifications
Strong eye for composition, styling, and color, and the ability to judge and match color accurately
Attention to detail while producing at high volume, and the judgment to know when AI output is not accurate enough to use
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Preferred

Experience retouching and color‑correcting textile, bedding, or home goods imagery to match physical samples
Experience with Amazon listing images and A+ Content design
Product styling or art direction for lifestyle imagery, such as bedding, flat lays, or room sets, whether photographed or AI-generated
