English to Kyrgyz Review Lead for UI, Marketing & Product Content

About the role
Welo Global is a leader in multilingual AI, technology, and content solutions. This role owns the English into Kyrgyz review quality and acts as the primary client-facing linguistic expert for a global technology client.

What you'll do

Analyze requirements by reviewing style guides and glossaries and tracking changes across updates

Run regular alignment roundtables and publish a structured monthly quality digest

Coach Reviewers one-to-one, run shadowing sessions, and deliver data-driven training

Propose improvements to style guides and share cross-locale patterns with the Quality Manager

Maintain alignment with the client by treating Language Manager decisions as the standard

What they're looking for

3 to 5+ years in Localization Quality Assurance, Senior Language Lead, or Quality Governance

Experience as primary contact for client Language Managers and handling escalations

Deep knowledge of localization evaluation frameworks (RQE, LQE, error rubrics, severity mapping)

Ability to analyze style guide changes and map client expectations by content type

Facilitation skills for coaching, shadowing, and structured monthly quality reporting

Native-level Kyrgyz and professional English
