Remote Senior Growth Marketing Manager

Pivotal Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to build and scale campaigns, automation, and measurement that convert awareness into qualified pipeline. This remote US role reports to the VP of Marketing and collaborates with Content and Events to activate lifecycle journeys and ABM programs.
You will own lead lifecycle building, scoring, and HubSpot workflows, plus running paid digital Campaigns and AI-enabled optimization.
