Role Description

We're looking for a creative, reliable Video Editor who lives and breathes social media and knows how to take raw content and turn it into engaging Short-Form Videos. You’ll be editing 30 to 90 second clips that actually get attention, punchy cuts, captions, zooms, transitions, meme pop-ups, and sound effects that feel native to the platform.
What You Will Be Doing

Take scripted out raw content and turn it into engaging Short-Form Videos
Add captions, effects, transitions, and animations
Deliver at least one clip per day (ahead-of-time batching encouraged)
Stay current on trends across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
Optional: Help post clips to socials (with additional pay)
Qualifications

Strong understanding of TikTok/Instagram/YouTube short-form content
Excellent time management and ability to meet daily deadlines
Sharp creative instincts and a strong sense of what performs online
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Bonus: Background in social media, content marketing, or clipping
