Strategic Pharma Key Account Manager

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is seeking a Key Account Specialist to drive territory growth by strategically targeting key HCPs and accounts. You will plan, execute, and optimize territory activities to maximize sales and brand impact, leveraging data-driven insights and digital engagement tools.
The role requires 2–4+ years in pharma sales, PAH or related field experience preferred, and a proven ability to manage large accounts.
