English to Bosnian (Cyrillic) Review Lead for UI, Marketing & Product Content

About the role Welo Global is a leader in multilingual AI, technology, and content solutions with a global network of linguists. This role is the language quality owner for English into Bosnian Cyrillic and the primary client-facing linguistic expert on quality for UI, marketing, product, and related content.
What you'll do Analyse requirements, review style guides and glossaries, and record changes with reference to client corrections and calibration notes
Lead regular alignment roundtables and publish a monthly quality digest covering performance and improvements
Coach Reviewers one-to-one, run shadowing sessions, and deliver training from alignment data
Propose style guide updates and share cross-locale patterns with the Welocalize Quality Manager
Maintain client alignment, raise concerns with evidence, and aim to minimize surprises over time
What they're looking for 3 to 5+ years in Localization Quality Assurance, Senior Language Lead, or Quality Governance roles
Direct experience as primary contact for client Language Managers and managing arbitration or escalation processes
Deep experience with localization evaluation frameworks such as RQE, LQE, error rubrics, and severity mapping
Ability to analyse style guide changes and map client expectations by content type
Hands-on coaching, shadowing, alignment roundtables, and monthly quality reporting
Native-level Bosnian Cyrillic and professional-level English
