We recently closed out Series C for $200MM and are in rapid growth mode! Our CRM makes it incredibly easy for everyone from solo financial advisors to enterprise firms to manage their current book of business, and increase their sales. Our software integrates with leading FinTech brands and general tools like Google and Outlook. It enables them to manage their book of business, streamline their workflow, and grow their practice.
We have been in business since 2012 and have grown from 50 to 150 employees in the last 5 years. We are remote first and our team is distributed throughout the country.
Due to growth, we are hiring a Remote Customer Marketing Manager with the following experience:
B2B SaaS
Building customer marketing programs 0-1
Webinars and video content
Job Duties
The flagship project for this role is to design, build, and launch a customer-facing education program
Measure and track adoption and completion rates, tie academy engagement to metrics around product usage, iterate based on real customer outcomes
Own customer events which deepen engagement and drive adoption
Work closely with our events team on customer meetups, customer speaks, VIP dinners, etc.
Own ongoing communication with our customers, including product announcements, feature updates, tips and tricks, best practices, engagement, etc.
Build and own our automated lifecycle campaigns which activate at important moments during the customer journey
Create and own the systematic process for capturing customer stories
