Strategy Director: Brand, Design & Innovation

Craft in New York is seeking a Head of Strategy or Senior Strategy Director to lead strategy across brand, design and innovation, translating research into creative direction. You’ll own work that makes up about 20% of agency revenue, including innovation, white space identification, territory building and client roadmapping.
The role is highly live: you’ll run client and internal workshops, command the pitch room, and tell emotionally engaging stories.
