Communications Manager, Campus Networking (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Communications Manager, Campus Networking (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space. This role will shape and execute a high-impact communications strategy that supports senior leadership and strengthens alignment across a complex, cross-functional organization. You will manage executive and organizational messaging for a highly visible business area, helping ensure clarity, consistency, and audience engagement across internal and external channels. The position also partners closely with Marketing and other stakeholder groups to prepare communications for public forums, major announcements, and industry events.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $196,300 – $248,700 annually

Responsibilities

Own the annual and quarterly communications strategy and calendar

Develop and edit executive and organizational communications, including presentations and announcements

Partner with cross-functional teams to gather input and drive content through approval

Coordinate with Marketing on public forums and external communications

Define measures of communication effectiveness and track audience engagement

Serve as editorial lead for executive communications, ensuring quality and clarity

Manage the full communications portfolio, balancing high-visibility deliverables with broader organizational communications

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years, Master’s with 8+ years, or PhD with 5+ years in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field

7+ years of experience developing and executing communications strategies for senior executives

Strong writing, editing, and editorial judgment skills for diverse audiences

Experience leading cross-functional communications programs across teams such as Engineering and Marketing

Proven track record developing executive communications for large audiences
