Senior CRO & Affiliate Growth Lead (Remote-First)

Launch Potato is seeking a results-driven optimization specialist to lead high-impact landing page and funnel tests. You will implement revenue-driving optimizations through hands-on building, multivariate analysis, launching, and reporting to ensure flawless execution and continuous iteration.
You will work with Copy, Design, and Media teams to balance KPIs, QA launches, and track performance; bring UX insights and a data-driven mindset to improve conversion across campaigns.
