Director of Product Design Join JumpCloud as the Director of Product Experience & Design, where you will lead the design vision for an AI-powered IT management platform. This remote role focuses on enhancing user experience across diverse interfaces and AI-assisted workflows, ensuring secure access to resources for users globally.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and implement a multi-year experience vision for the platform.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to enhance core workflows.
Ensure trust and security in user interactions by designing intuitive permissions and policies.
Oversee onboarding and adoption strategies to maximize user engagement.
Establish research practices to inform design decisions and measure user satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in product design, with 4+ years in leadership roles.
Proven track record of measurable experience improvements in B2B SaaS.
Experience with AI-powered product experiences and technical product design.
Strong proficiency in design tools, especially Figma.
Effective communication skills with senior leadership.
