Blenders Eyewear is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager, Retention & Acquisition to lead hands-on email and SMS campaigns and expand growth across new channels. You will partner with the Director of Growth Marketing on retention strategy, journey planning, testing, and optimization. The role focuses on owning lifecycle campaigns, analyzing performance, and exploring emerging channels like CTV and social platforms to identify growth opportunities. In-person at our San Diego headquarters.
