Mattel is seeking MBA Marketing Summer Interns for a 10–12 week program based at our El Segundo, CA headquarters. Interns will be placed in Brand, Franchise, Toy Marketing, Brand Strategy Partnerships or Marketing Activation groups to learn by doing alongside experienced managers and mentors.
You will join a cross-functional team to deliver on go-to-market strategies, activations, and product initiatives while gaining exposure to senior leadership and a network of interns.
