J T is seeking a VP of Marketing (Growth) to own the growth engine for a profitable, bootstrapped DTC brand. You will lead acquisition, retention, and analytics across paid, organic, and partnerships in a fully remote, async environment.
You’ll build a scalable testing program, own the marketing P&L, and drive CAC efficiency and LTV expansion, partnering with founders and cross-functional teams to reach $100M+ run-rate and beyond.
