I'm working with a well-funded, early-stage AI company building a platform to automate complex onboarding workflows for financial institutions.

The founders have successfully exited their previous venture, and the business is already seeing strong commercial traction.

They're looking for a Founding Product Manager to take full ownership of the product, working directly with the CEO and CTO.

The role:
Own product strategy, vision and roadmap
Lead the full product lifecycle, from customer discovery to launch
Work closely with engineering, design and commercial teams
Shape the product and direction of the business from an early stage

What they're looking for:
~5+ years in product management
~ Strong track record of end-to-end product ownership
~ Experience in high-performing startup, scale-up or big tech environments
~ High agency, commercially minded and genuinely hands-on
~ Entrepreneurial background or side projects a big plus

Location: NYC, in-office
Compensation: Up to $200k + meaningful equity
