Job Duties

Create and modify clay models based on design specifications.

Support concept and production model development.

Interpret design data and translate it into high-quality physical models.

Collaborate with designers and engineering teams to implement design changes.

Utilize problem-solving skills to meet quality and timing requirements.

Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the modeling process.

Qualifications

Experience in automotive clay or physical modeling.

Strong understanding of surface development and physical modeling techniques.

Ability to adapt to changing design direction in a collaborative environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Experience with modeling software such as Alias is a plus.

Completion of a Physical/Clay Modeling Certification Program required.

Related bachelor's degree preferred.
