UX Copywriter Job at Creative Circle in New York

Our retail / eCommerce client is looking for a UX Copywriter or Content Designer to join their team.
This will be REMOTE, for 9+ months, starting in Early November. This will be 40 hours per week, 9-5.
This Copywriter

is responsible for writing UX content for an enterprise website and a mobile app, including e-commerce, account management, and chat flows for consumer audiences. This person may also create support content, including customer-facing articles and troubleshooting tools. The ideal candidate can turn technical and legal jargon into plain English while following our brand voice and accessibility guidelines.
What is needed:
5+ years of mid-level UX writing or content design experience for a consumer audience, including some independent project management
5+ years of UX writing for digital experiences, specifically e-commerce sales flows, account management flows, chat flows, and support articles
Portfolio demonstrating an understanding of product design processes and content decision-making
4+ years of content strategy experience, balancing user testing, industry research, and analytics for marketing and business needs
Experience writing and editing microcopy, including error messages, button labels, and status messages
Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
