Welo Global is a multilingual AI, technology, and content solutions provider serving global clients. This role is the English into Ukrainian Review Lead, owning the locale quality standards and serving as the primary client-facing linguistic expert for a leading technology client.

What you'll do

Analyse requirements by reviewing style guides and glossaries and track calibration changes

Run regular alignment roundtables and publish a monthly quality digest with updates and outcomes

Coach Reviewers one-to-one, run shadowing sessions, and deliver data-driven training

Propose improvements to style guides and share cross-locale patterns with the Quality Manager

Maintain alignment with the client by evidencing decisions and minimizing surprises

What they're looking for

3 to 5+ years in Localization Quality Assurance, Senior Language Lead, or Quality Governance

Direct experience as primary contact for client Language Managers, with arbitration or escalation processes

Deep experience with LQA frameworks, including RQE, LQE, error rubrics, and severity mapping

Ability to analyse style guide changes and map client expectations by content type

Facilitation skills for coaching, shadowing, and structured monthly quality reporting

Native-level Ukrainian and professional English
