English to Serbian (Cyrillic) Review Lead for UI, Marketing & Product Content

About the role
Welo Global is a leader in multilingual AI, technology, and content solutions with a network of linguists and domain experts. This role owns the English into Serbian (Cyrillic) Review process as the language quality owner and main client-facing linguistic expert for a global technology client.

What you'll do

Analyse requirements and track impact of style guides and glossaries on quality across content types

Run regular alignment roundtables and publish a structured monthly quality digest

Coach Reviewers one-to-one, conduct shadowing sessions, and deliver data-driven training

Turn justification patterns into style guide proposals and share patterns with the Quality Manager

Maintain alignment with the client by following Language Manager decisions and raising evidence-based concerns

What they're looking for

3 to 5+ years in Localization Quality Assurance, Senior Language Lead, or Quality Governance

Experience as the primary client contact for Language Managers, including arbitration or escalation facilitation

Deep experience with LQA frameworks such as RQE, LQE, error rubrics, and severity mapping

Ability to analyse style guides and map expectations by content type

Hands-on facilitation of coaching, shadowing, alignment roundtables, and monthly quality reporting

Native-level Serbian (Cyrillic) and professional English
