WITHIN is seeking a hands-on Social Community Manager in New York City to own daily interactions across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube for multiple brands. You will live in each brand’s voice, reply to comments and DMs, and drive sentiment, logging requests and reporting trends to the account team.
You will use Sprout Social and TalkWalker, partner with the account team, and maintain brand-approved processes.
