Director, Paid Media & MarTech Growth

The Shield Co. Management, LLC is seeking a Director of Paid Marketing & MarTech to own the paid customer acquisition engine.
You will set strategy, drive execution and the P&L across paid search, social, display, and more, while hands-on building campaigns and partnering with sales. You will manage an eight-figure annual budget, shape the MarTech stack, measure performance, and optimize CAC, ROAS, and lead volume.
