Marketing Communication Specialist (TEMP) Location: Holmdel, NJ
Schedule: 100% Onsite - 5 Days Per Week
Pay: $85/hour
Contract: December 2026 – March 2027
We're partnering with a global consumer products organization that is seeking a Marketing Communication Specialist for a contract opportunity supporting its marketing team during a maternity leave coverage. This role is ideal for a highly organized marketing professional who excels at creating polished presentations, analyzing market data, and supporting key marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate combines strong communication and analytical skills with exceptional PowerPoint expertise. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to transform market insights, consumer trends, and business data into compelling, customer-facing materials that help drive strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities Develop and enhance customer-facing presentations and marketing materials
Turn research, data, and insights into visually compelling PowerPoint presentations
Support market, consumer, and category trend analysis
Gather, organize, and analyze marketing and competitive intelligence data
Coordinate marketing projects, workshops, and internal initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion
Support additional marketing projects and business initiatives as needed
Qualifications 3+ years of marketing, communications, insights, or related business support experience
Advanced PowerPoint skills with strong presentation storytelling abilities
Strong Microsoft Excel and overall Microsoft Office proficiency
Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently
Experience within the fragrance, flavor, consumer products, or related industries is a plus
