Head of Footwear Design & Development — Remote

Laceless Design is seeking a Head of Design & Development to own the footwear collection and shape the creative team for its next growth phase. You will translate the founders' brand vision into concrete product decisions and lead the team across design, development and production.
This hands-on leadership role balances comfort, function and premium aesthetics, working with a China-based product execution manager and collaborating across US and Asia with travel to milestones.
