Pay rate: $50/hr.

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to provide temporary support to our Marketing team. This role will assist with the development of customer presentations, marketing materials, trend research, data analysis, and special projects.

Create and enhance customer-facing presentations and marketing materials.

Transform data, research, and insights into visually compelling PowerPoint presentations.

Support market, consumer, and category trend analysis.

Assist with gathering, organizing, and analyzing marketing and competitive intelligence data.

Coordinate and support marketing projects, workshops, and internal initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Support additional marketing projects and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications/Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.

3+ years of marketing, insights, business support, or related experience.

Fragrance house marketing experience a strong plus.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with exceptional presentation design and storytelling capabilities.

Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent attention to detail, organization, and project management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
