Volunteer Photographer / Videographer - "Capture the Moment" Job at League of Wo

The League of Women Voters of Honolulu is a nonpartisan, nonprofit civic organization that helps Oʻahu residents understand how local government works and how to take part in it. We hold community conversations, table at events, produce plain-language civic explainers, and work to make civic participation feel accessible to everyone — not just people who already know the system. The League never supports or opposes any candidate or political party.
Our events — community coffee-hour conversations, voter education tabling, postcard-writing sessions — deserve better documentation than a hurried phone snapshot. We're looking for someone who enjoys photography or short-form video to capture them for our Instagram and member newsletter.
What you'll do:
Photograph or film events (your own phone or camera is fine)
Share a handful of selects with our Communications team within a few days
Occasionally grab a short clip for a Reel
You'll be credited for your work, and you'll have real creative latitude. LWV membership is not required.
How to apply:

Fill out our short volunteer interest form at https://form.jotform.com/262931714710050 — it takes about two minutes. Membership isn't required. We reply within a week. Questions: info@lwvhonolulu.org
