Recraft is seeking a Performance Creative Designer to own the end‑to‑end creative testing pipeline, from hypothesis to shipped ads, across Meta, Google, and TikTok. You’ll grow the performance creative function and use Recraft Studio as your primary tool, feeding learnings back to product teams.
You’ll bring 3+ years of performance and paid‑acquisition experience, a strong ad portfolio, and fluency with both static and motion work, plus AI image/video tools in production.
