Head of Performance Marketing & Growth

Brex is seeking a senior marketer to lead performance marketing across Brand and Growth. You will own media strategy, drive customer acquisition, and oversee a growing team with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making and rapid experimentation.
You will manage a multimillion-dollar budget, optimize for LTV and ROI, and push for in-house capability while scaling across LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and programmatic channels. This role reports to the Senior Director of Growth Marketing.
