Role Summary
The Business Development Manager drives revenue growth by expanding TCL's presence with U.S. travel advisors, agencies, host agencies and consortia. Reporting to Milena Stancati, Head of Business Development, you'll grow and maintain advisor relationships, run sales calls across the U.S. (not limited by region), help organize roadshows, host fam trips and represent TCL at industry events.

You'll do it with an AI-driven sales stack. Being tech‑savvy and fluent with AI tools is essential in this role: you'll use HubSpot, Claude and similar tools every day to research prospects, prepare for meetings, draft follow‑ups and report clearly on results, and you'll keep looking for ways to help the whole team work smarter.

This role suits a sales professional with 5+ years of experience in travel, hospitality or luxury sales who wants to grow into senior business development leadership inside a fast‑scaling global DMC group.

You Are…
A natural relationship‑builder who earns trust quickly and keeps it. You may already know the top travel advisors and agencies in your area by name, with relationships across consortia such as Virtuoso, Signature, Ensemble and Serandipians. If you don’t, you’ve built a loyal network somewhere else, such as luxury hospitality, high‑end retail, private aviation, wealth management, events, or B2B partner sales, and you’re excited to do it again in travel. You’re confident walking into a room or hopping on a Zoom. You’re energized by networking, travel, and representing a brand you believe in. You work well independently and remotely, but you love being on the road and in front of partners. You’re tech‑savvy, you already use AI to work faster and smarter, and you never let a follow‑up slip.

Key Responsibilities

Travel to support events and sales calls alongside teammates as needed

Deliver regular reporting and market insights to the Director of Business Development

Marketing Collaboration

Work with marketing on advisor campaigns, newsletters, social content and promotions

Share field feedback to shape collateral, offers and destination content

You’ll work daily in a modern, AI‑forward sales stack, so strong comfort with technology is a must:
