Marketing Content Specialist

Our client is seeking a highly organized Presentations Analyst to manage and maintain a standardized Seismic slide library and support recurring monthly and quarterly update cycles. This role is focused on content governance, workflow coordination, and quality control to ensure client-facing materials remain accurate, compliant, and consistently presented. You’ll partner with cross-functional stakeholders to route requests, manage approvals and compliance reviews, update content within Seismic, and complete testing to confirm changes are correctly implemented. This is a hybrid role based in Boston and is positioned as a one-year contract with potential to convert.
Compensation: $35-40/ per hour Responsibilities: Maintain and administer the standard slide library in Seismic, including organizing content and ensuring proper version control
Coordinate monthly and quarterly update cycles for evergreen materials, tracking inputs, deadlines, and approvals
Manage request intake and workflow coordination, responding to day-to-day requests and ensuring timely turnaround
Route materials through required approval and compliance review processes and document outcomes
Update existing content in Seismic (not creating new slides), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to governance standards
Perform testing, quality checks, and post-update validation to confirm content displays correctly and changes were implemented as intended
Monitor and improve repeatable processes to strengthen efficiency, transparency, and auditability across content updates
Requirements: Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, stakeholders, and recurring deliverables
Exceptional attention to detail and comfort working in highly process-driven environments
Experience coordinating approvals and reviews in a regulated or compliance-minded setting is preferred
Ability to learn new systems quickly and follow structured content governance practices
Seismic experience is a plus (not required)
