Senior Thought Leader Liaison & Field Marketing

AstraZeneca plc in the US is seeking a Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) to lead field-based engagement with KOLs, train promotional speakers, and support insight generation to inform commercial strategy. You will report to the Director TLL and work closely with Marketing and Medical teams.
The role requires 7+ years in biotech, a Bachelor’s degree, strong communication, and proven ability to manage large geographic territories with frequent travel (>50%).
